Linux/Storage/Networking Support Specialist

 

Billerica-based networked storage startup has started shipping its product
and now needs Technical Support specialists to support customers. Successful
candidates will have excellent trouble-shooting and customer-facing skills,
+ knowledge of storage (SANs, LVM) + networking (routers/switches, TCP/IP,
Infiniband helpful) + Linux OS knowledge, Clusters and Red Hat preferred.
These Support reps will interact directly with customers (usually system
admins using the product), recreate problems in the lab, create problem
workarounds, and interface with Development Engineers internally to assist
in writing fixes. To $100K.
