ServiceNow Administrator- Req. #1596

The Broad community comprises some 1200 employees and a similar number of
associated researchers, scientists and academic trainees. Broad IT provides
end-user support of more than 2000 end user systems as well as a vast Linux
infrastructure.
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for designing and
supporting ServiceNow. The administrator will work with groups within and
outside of IT to new implement solutions utilizing ServiceNow. IT has moved
its incident tracking and is exploring additional projects to extend the
use of the software to include change management, asset tracking, and
knowledge base.


Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain daily operational functions of ServiceNow.
* Research and implement new releases or enhancements to the environment.
* Utilize scripting tools to create automation tasks/workflows to be
carried out by ServiceNow and other BITS supported applications.
* Integrate and automate process using Orchestrator.
* Train IT users on advanced topics within ServiceNow.
* Work with IT management and Broad management teams to align ServiceNow
with organizational strategies.



REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* 2-3 years experience in ServiceNow preferred.  Integration, Workflow
automation.
* ServiceNow Orchestration experience a plus
* Knowledge of ITSM framework and ITIL.
* ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator or ServiceNow Advanced System
Administrator and Scripting in ServiceNow certification preferable
* ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
