Operations Application Support Lead

Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Application Support Lead's core
responsibility is to be an Integral part of the IT Operations 24x7
Production Support Team. maintaining and managing the performance of
HBSP Applications.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

    * Application Debugging, Performance Management and Maintenance
          o Oracle EBS, Informatica, Endeca, Alfresco, JBoss, OBIEE
    * Work with Software QA to perform scheduled software releases
    * Member of the 24x7 Production OnCall rotation
    * Resolving production support issues
    * Application tuning (Oracle, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat etc)
    * Intermediate to Expert Unix skills
    * Revision control tools (SVN Preferred)
    * Scripting and automation in bash and perl
    * Security implementations of Encryption and PCI compliance

Required skills and experience:

    * 5 years experience administering Unix
    * College degree in Computer Science related field preferred
    * MySQL knowledge a plus
