I realize this is a little off topic for this list, but if anybody knows a
Windows graphics driver developer, Red Hat is looking for one.

"We are looking for a Windows graphics device-driver engineer to help us
develop the 3D extensions to Spice. Spice is an open source,
remote-desktop protocol developed at Red Hat for use in a desktop
virtualization product. This person will be responsible for working on the
Windows graphics driver and the virtual device in order to extend it's
capabilities. Detailed understanding of how a modern 3D graphics stack
works is a must, as well as experience with DirectX 9 and 10 driver
models."
