<div dir="ltr">Hi Folks,<div><br></div><div>I'm semi-involved with DevOpsDays Boston. We're looking for talks! Also, if you've never been to a DevOpsDays, I suggest it -- $100 and the format is really great; half day talks, half day breakout sessions that are picked by the attendees. I went for the first time last year and I really liked it and I'm happy there's going to be one in boston.</div>
<div><br></div><div>--- </div><div><br></div><div><div>DevOpsDays is a community-run conference series held around the world, bridging the gap between developers and operations. Unfortunately, one hasn't been held in Boston since 2011. On Monday August 18th & Tuesday August 19th, we'll be changing that with DevOpsDays Boston 2014: <a href="http://devopsdays.org/events/2014-boston">http://devopsdays.org/events/2014-boston</a> </div>
<div><br></div><div>Want to join the devops conversation? We're actively looking for presenters on topics including devops as a movement, release management, performance, security, and many more. We'll be prioritizing first-time speakers and original talks, so this is a great way to get some exposure to speaking at conferences if you've never had the opportunity. </div>
<div><br></div><div>Important details: The CFP is open from May 1 until June 1. We're accepting 30 minute sessions, as well as 5 minute ignite talks. Speakers are chosen by blind reviewers, and get to attend for free. You can submit a proposal, or recommend someone else as a presenter, by emailing <a href="mailto:proposals-boston-2014@devopsdays.org">proposals-boston-2014@devopsdays.org</a> directly. We also have a CFP page with more details: <a href="http://devopsdays.org/events/2014-boston/propose/">http://devopsdays.org/events/2014-boston/propose/</a></div>
