His answer made me realize there are two different ways to read the question. 
So your poll should split this into two separate questions:

1a. How many passwords do you memorize in your head?
1b. How many passwords do you store by another method (on paper or in a
computer file/service)?

My answers would be 1a) 5 and 1b) nearly 300.
