Yes, extensively in both small scale (single node, single service, 10s 
of transactions per minute) and large scale (dozens of nodes, multiple 
services, thousands of transactions per second) projects.

In brief:  yes, there are warts and issues and classic "oops, didn't 
consider that" problems -- docker is a baby technology.  Overall: it 
rocks, particularly in a devops workflow pipeline.
