[BBLISA] Colocation recommendations

My office is moving, probably at the end of July, and I need to find a
space to park my office server for 2-3 months while build-out on our new
location finishes. I need to find a datacenter where I can stand up a
single box in a secure environment with good internet service, ideally in
southern NH or north eastern MA. Anyone have recommendations? Horror
stories? Advice?
