A few years ago, I had business class comcast cable, which blocked inbound port 22 and blocked outbound port 25. I wasted hours and hours calling them, complaining, and they insisted up and down, that they weren't filtering, despite me having the traceroutes and packet captures showing success on other ports and failure on these ports.
