[BBLISA] State of spam filtering?

Hello folks,

I haven't had to touch much spam filtering stuff for a while, but we've had
a recent increase in spam, so I'm digging back in.

I noticed that Spamassassin's last release was in 2011, which isn't
encouraging.  What's everyone running for spam filtering these days?  Any
particular RBLs that are helpful?  Not so helpful?  Any new shared-hash
solutions like Razor?
