In the $450/mo. range, can't beat Windstream.net in the Hood building
(Charlestown). They keep changing hands, but the service has been
pretty good. (I've been there since they were Boston Data Centers.
Before that, they were HarvardNet.)
For a better price, and really good people, try North Shore Access
(shore.net) in Lynn. The guy who started the place as an ISP / hosting
service sold it, didn't like what the new owners did with it, bought it
back. I was there before Charlestown, left for closer space in
Charlestown after they were sold. They're my first choice when I build
out a backup site. Ask for Lowell Gray, use my name.
