Hi Dewey,

Two suggestions...

First, the Windows "built-in" backup utilities (I think the latest iteration is called "Backup and Restore Center") have gotten better.  I only have non-critical Windows VMs that I use at home, but I've blown them away from time to time and found that these tools have generally worked.  You can generate a bootable recovery disk to handle the bare-metal aspect of it.

I also am a fan of Bacula, though I haven't done bare-metal recoveries on Windows with it.  You didn't indicate the resources available, so it may not be appropriate to use as a single-system solution (although I know there is documentation on how to do this).

These probably represent the spectral ends with respect to the amount of work involved.  One comes in the same box as Windows, the other is an open-source project that can scale significantly.  Depends on your needs and your mood...
