Hi Scott,

Try TOR.  But I'm dubious. First, one is never truly anonymous on the
net. There are always logs---Its just a matter of access.  There are
good reasons that really bad people like Bin Laden don't use phones or
the internet.

However, I suggest that you be careful of whom you are dealing.  One
wonders why money is no object, but private eyes and lawyers can't be
used.  PI's and Lawyers are obligated to report and refrain from
participating in illegal activity or assisting clients in illegal
activity, which suggests a reason for not wanting to engage those
services.
