[BBLISA] Server monitoring tools?

Good Day,

Wondering if any of you have had experience with any of the server
monitoring tools out there in a mixed Windows/Linux/Mac environment?

We have tried Nagios and Opmanager but they didn't seem to meet our needs:
we're looking for something less network-monitoring based and more
customizable (e.g. WMI performance counters, etc) .  Agent-less is not
required, nor is SNMP, but both are nice as options.
