Yes, Internap is a tenant of the building, but was never the owner.  It's 275,000 sf in total and they occupy about a quarter of it.  We bought it in April and are building out 54,000 SF of new colo there to start.

Perhaps I'm out of touch with the local datacenter market, but isn't 70
Innerbelt in Somerville the same address as Internap's facility?
