Ah, Polycenter Console Manager.  Nice product, sold to CA, software  
undertaker.

Take a look at this:

www.conserver.com

I've used it in the past and it does much of what PCM did.  It's  
pretty easy to configure and works with a huge variety of serial  
console concentrators.
