[BBLISA] Pros and cons of NIS

IIRC we used the PADL stuff at my last company (I was a PHB there, so I
didn't do the hands on myself).  Again, if memory serves, it was pretty
dependable stuff, but that was about 6 yrs ago, and I don't know what it's
like now.
