[BBLISA] Feedback requested: possible July BBLISA talk

I will come. If you do hold this meeting, you might ask that each member 
of bblisa post a notice at his/her place of work where the actual c 
programmers might see it. I will make a simple poster if no one with 
talent/training is available.
