[BBLISA] Who's good for buying PC's these days?

Where are the good places to buy PC's these days ?
(I'm not a big fan of PC's for Everyone.)

Looking for a Pentium-type box, not  a screaming gamer, OS install not required
My previous box was a PowerPC from Microcenter - they seem decent but 
uninspired.

Thanks for any pointers, will summarize
