[BBLISA] Vertically adjustable LCD display stand?

I have a client with a very sensitive neck and back.    She has a 19"
Dell LCD monitor on a stand which only tilts up and down in an arc
formation by about 30(?) degrees.    We have another stand, with
vertical adjustment, but when fully collapsed, the bottom of the
display is about three inches above the surface of the desk, which
still causes her to angle her head up more than is comfortable.

Does anyone know of a vertically adjustable monitor stand for an LCD
display that, when fully collapsed, will allow the bottom edge of the
monitor to rest on the surface of the desk?    It must also be able to
fully support the weight of a 19" display.
