ISC?  WTF are you talking about?  ISC has nothing to do with the
development of sendmail and hasn't in years.  If you're going to flame
about somebody or the work that they do, at least get the right
somebody, or you'll just end up sounding like an idiot, which is exactly
what you've done today.
