[BBLISA] Boston area colocation?

Is anyone offering 2U of colocation (prefferably with console server access)
in the Boston area for around $200/mo or less?  I have a client that wants to
relocate a Netra T1 105 away from the place he's currently at because he's not
happy paying around $300/mo.

If colo isn't possible on that budget, then does anyone know of a hosting
provider that will support ssh, client CGI scripts and software, and large
(say 2K-4K address) distribution only mailing lists?
