[BBLISA] IDT/Winstar dropping Boston

I understand from informal sources that ISP IDT/Winstar will cease service
at its Boston POP June 15th of this year, and that letters to that effect
may have been put in the US mail yesterday evening.

This would have been our 7th year as their customer - our luck runs out
and we will soon see how many places our IP addresses have been
hard-coded.
