I've used them exclusively for my backup hardware and software for about the
last 5 yrs. They have always been reliable and have gone the extra mile for
customer service for me. Most recently I had an AIT3 drive arrive DOA in a 
library I bought from them and since the manufacturer turnaround time was 
24 hrs to get me a new part, my salesperson (Claire) brought me a loaner 
drive they had in one of their demo units to the datacenter in Waltham where 
I was installing the library and stayed there until it passed it's POST.

I highly recommend them for all things backup.
