<p class="text"><u><b>Systems (Security) Analyst III at the Broad
Institute in Cambridge</b></u></p>
Join the IT/Systems Group to help assess, enhance, document and
maintain the security posture of Broad IT resources, in accordance
with applicable federal regulations, contractual requirements, and
best practices. Ensure the availability, integrity and
confidentiality of data through the creation and use of auditable
systems, management procedures and personnel training. Work with
various Broad departments to help create, implement, document and
update appropriate security plan components required for grant
applications and contractual obligations. Serve as a member of the
IT/Systems Department with responsibility for various IT platforms,
hardware, infrastructure and security affecting the Broad. Share
on-call responsibilities with other members of the team, and other
duties as required.
<p class="text">Qualifications: </p>

style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in
computer science or other technical discipline
with strong knowledge of IT computing systems</span></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></li>

normal;"><big><big><big><big><big><big><big><span
style="font-size: 12pt;">4-6 years of experience
as administrator of Linux/UNIX or Windows
systems in a large-installation environment
(SAGE level III); or, 1-2 years of systems
administration experience with Linux or Windows
plus 2-4 years of professional experience as a
security administrator or analyst</span></big></big></big></big></big></big></big></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height:

style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with design,
configuration management and administration of
large-scale computing, network or storage

style="font-size: 12pt;">Scripting ability in at
least one shell as well as at least one
additional common scripting language (python,

networking concepts; able to perform
