conversions and product enhancement projects. Share 24x7 on call responsibility
and off-hour support with UNIX Administrators as well as being available for

Improve existing processes within the UNIX environment. <br>
Document, update, and track all work done using the Remedy System. <br>
Escalate issues to management as needed. <br>
Work with team to solve problems. <br>
Perform required daily tasks. <br>
Perform OS upgrades and patch install as required. <br>
Provide 24x7 support as scheduled. <br>
Help define system specifications and standards. <br>
Update management of project status accordingly. <br>
Work with various technical departments during development and implementation

Sun Solaris 9 or higher required. (Solaris 9 preferred). <br>
Sun High Availability Cluster required. <br>

EMC Symmetrix and CLARiiON experience required. <br>
Knowledge of RDBMS required. (Oracle and Sybase preferred) <br>
Veritas Volume Manager required. <br>
Veritas Netbackup a plus. <br>
Knowledge of Linux OS (Redhat 3.0 or higher preferred). <br>
