Systems Administrator<BR>

Position Summary<BR>

As part of the Technology &amp; Operations team this position will be responsible for the site maintenance, installation, configuration, and monitoring of the software and hardware systems that comprise the Company's new and existing high-visibility, high-traffic customer facing and company-internal online operations. Location is Waltham, MA.<BR>

<BR>

Primary Responsibilities<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Install, test, tune, maintain, design and document supporting systems, utility programs, monitoring tools, etc<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Maintain systems security and integrity concerning data and computing resources to comply with company standards.<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Troubleshoot Linux networking and diagnose TCP/IP, SMTP, SSH, HTTP, JVM and DNS related issues regarding performance, connectivity, etc.<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Rotate 24x7 on-call<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Quickly adapt to changing technical environment.<BR>

Job Requirements<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3+ years of experience with Unix/Linux<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Extensive experience with Apache<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Extensive experience with firewalls, DNS, TCP/IP<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of SQL, specifically MySQL and MS-SQL<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perl/PHP/Java experience<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience in High Availability/Load Balancing environments a must<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with high traffic web environments<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with MS server based systems preferred<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Self-motivated, thrives in an intense, dynamic environment<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Network engineering experience desirable<BR>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &#149; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's Degree preferred.<BR>
