HealthAlliance Hospital is a community hospital conveniently located right off Route 2 in Leominster Massachusetts, 15 minutes from Route 495 and less than 40 minutes from Boston. Systems Analyst - Information Systems
40 hours per week

As a valuable member of our team, the Systems Analyst will lead maintenance of the continual flow of computerized information within clinical and financial departments. In order to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Hospital, the Systems Analyst will also test and assess applications and provide recommendations for process improvements. Essential to this role is constant maintenance of the quality and integrity of all data.

The Systems Analyst will be a part of a collaborative team and as such will contribute to the group's overall achievement. HealthAlliance Hospital encourages diverse points of views and lifestyles and fosters the development of creative minds. It is the progressive nature of our team environment that allows for the Hospital to stay on the cutting edge of technology and to continue improving Systems on a hospital-wide basis.

To be successful, the Systems Analyst must have a Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer programming, business, accounting, quality improvement, statistics and finance. It is also expected that the Systems Analyst will have 2-4 years' experience with industry standard software analysis, SDLC, software quality assurance testing, application enhancements and upgrades as well as technical support for information management systems. In order to develop process improvements, the Systems Analyst needs to be a creative thinker with keen analytical and problem solving skills as well as an extensive knowledge of data management and reporting tools. Experience in a healthcare environment and HIPPA compliance is desired but not essential.
