Travel approximately 40% of the time

 

 

Job Description:

*        Travel to clients around the world while architecting,
installing, and configuring state-of-the-art internet infrastructures.  

*         Install, configure, and test production quality
infrastructures with little supervision

*         Communicate the infrastructure and technology across all
levels of an organization 

*         Technical liaison between customer's and the project team

*         Utilize management tools to diagnose and troubleshoot
application infrastructure issues

*         Work on highly available and scalable architectures

 

 

Technical/Professional Knowledge/Skills:

*         5+ years working with web application system software and
hardware

*         Extensive knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating
systems 

*         Extensive knowledge of internet network infrastructures
including web servers, load balancers, application servers, and database
servers

*         Significant experience in the technical implementation and
configuration of Apache, IIS, WebLogic, and Oracle

*         Strong and working knowledge of highly available architectures

*         Significant experience troubleshooting and managing network
infrastructures 

*         Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
