OurStage is seeking a superstar senior systems/network administrator 
to join our growing team. We are looking for an outstanding candidate 
with a unique blend of systems and network experience, preferably in 
high traffic web environments. The ideal candidate is a highly 
motivated operations person who will work on web infrastructure 
projects as well as daily network and site issues. Responsibilities 
also include some system admin duties for our office and supporting 
our great development team.

The OurStage Operations Team supports a talented engineering team that 
is using agile development methodologies to produce tangible results 
while working hard and having fun. We are an early stage, well funded, 
company whose engineering team cranks out great stuff during 
reasonable work hours.

Requirements
===================

-Significant Linux (or other *nix) setup and administration
  experience.
-5+ years building and maintaining a large, busy production
  environment.
-Strong Internet & TCP/IP knowledge - network security experience a
  plus.
-Strong DNS, email (preferably Postfix), SSH experience.
-Experience with SVN, TRAC, and general development tools a big plus.
-Apache, lighttpd, and load balancing experience.
-Ruby on Rails experience a huge plus.
- Experience with commercial Content Delivery Networks a big plus
-Strong scripting experience (Perl, sh, others a plus)
-Experience managing and scaling PostgreSQL and/or MySQL servers
-Large storage array experience a huge plus.
-Capable of working and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
-Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work
  closely with developers.
