Senior Windows Administrator

We are looking for a Windows expert with deep knowledge of system side 
automation and scripting to automate administrative tasks (not WYSIWYG).
The candidate must be someone with Windows hosting platform experience. 
The required skill set should include:

 	A thorough understanding of IIS.
 	Experience with Exchange Server.
 	URL Rewrites, flexibility and understanding of Windows web
             architecture.
 	3-5 years Windows server side automation experience.
 	3-5 years experience in the hosting industry.
 	Thorough understanding of authentication schemes.
 	Cold Fusion, Frontpage and FTP hosting experience a plus.
 	Deep understanding of Samba, CIFS, NFS.
 	Load balancer experience.
 	PERL and VBScript coding experience for system side tasks
 	Ability to work well with deadlines.
 	Knowledge of Windows shared hosting security, limitations and
             system lockdown procedures.
 	Windows-Unix Integration skill set is a huge plus.
 	Hardworking, excellent communication skills, easy to work with and
             motivated.
