Experienced Windows Systems Manager

We are looking for an experienced Windows Systems Manager,
The required skill set includes:
- A thorough understanding of IIS.
- Experience managing application servers such as
    - SQL servers & DBs
    - ColdFusion
    - FrontPage
- Experience with Exchange Server.
- An understanding of Windows web architecture.
- A thorough understanding of authentication schemes and security
applications.
- Knowledge of Windows shared hosting security, limitations and system
lockdown procedures.
- Knowledge of how to configure Samba, CIFS & NFS
- FTP hosting experience a plus.
- Load balancer experience a plus.
- Web Hosting experience is a plus.
- PERL and VBScript coding is a nice plus.
- Windows-Unix Integration skill set is a huge plus.

The canidate must be able to work well with deadlines, be hardworking,
posess excellent communication skills and be easy to work with and be
motivated.
