This is a permanent position that will pay approximately $90,000.  The
location is in the area of 495/Acton.  This is a "Hands-On" position.

IT Manager:

Manage small group (2 people) and provide support for the
enterprise-wide technology infrastructure.  This includes developing the
overall strategy and potentially redesigning, procuring and implementing
new technology infrastructure:

-         Data and phone networks

-         Server hardware and systems software

-         Web-based technologies

-         Database Management

-         Storage management and capacity planning

-         Production and development environment

-         Desktop and laptop management

-         Printer and office equipment support 

 

Overall System Operations:

-         Computer operations and production control

-         Systems maintenance

-         System backup and restore

-         System monitoring

-         Security Management (firewall, Virus and Spam protection
Access)

 

Desired Experience:

-         Network design 

-         Exchange Server 

-         SQL Server 

-         IIS 

-         Excellent written and verbal Communications skills 

-         Must have Management Experience
