Description:
Immediate need for a Sr. software engineer to work in a fast paced
environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer
science/engineering 
or other quantitative discipline. At least 5-7+ years experience writing
software 
applications in a corporate environment with the technologies experienced
listed below. 
The candidate will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills,
strong written 
and verbal communication skills. Must be a team leader able to direct Jr.
level developers.  He/she will be self-motivated and delivery oriented.

Requirements: 

·	4+ year very serious J2EE, JSP, EJB, Struts, XML, XSLT Developer.
·	Knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, Jboss and WebLogic application
platforms.
·	Candidate will need to "Hit the ground running".
·	Ability to work independently
·	Communication skills are a must. Candidates need to be articulate,
confident 
		and capable of adjusting the dosage of technical details
when talking to 
		developers or a customer
·	Experience with change management tools and processes, including
source 
		code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and
release management.
·	Experience with Java based applications 
·	Strong background in. various J2EE, tools, libraries, techniques.
·	Must be able to work in a Team Environment
·	JavaScript experience helpful.
