user support than systems administration.

We have a technical support position available in the Finance Department 
at Tufts University.   The Senior Information Technology Analyst 
(Tracking Code: M04-526) manages the secured access to the reports/ 
files available via the electronic reports distribution process. 
Responsible for the Peoplesoft GL Helpdesk used to support Frontline 
Support Providers and end users with Peoplesoft GL client and server 
access questions/issues.
