[BBLISA-announce] BBLISA discount at PICC

BBLISA is now a proud "Community Partner of PICC [1] -- the Professional
IT Community Conference, sponsored/presented by LOPSA-NJ [2]. This means
that BBLISA members are eligible for a registration discount; here's how
it works: If four or more BBLISA members band together and register
using a single payment, each person will receive a 10% discount on
